What happens

Clark Kent, Perry White, Lois Lane and Jimmy Olsen are at a hunting lodge in the Hudson Bay region of northern Canada, trying to solve the mystery of a headless Indian that has been driving the lodge owner, Sebastian Beauvoir, out of his mind. Nyle Graham, another guest, is revealed to be a sinister figure who has tried to do away with Perry White and his friends. After a rifle accident, Graham and Lois are caught in a blizzard while struggling toward the lodge through the forest. Meanwhile, Superman carries the badly injured Perry White to a Royal Canadian Mounted Police station at Lake Minto. The story is part sixteen of the Adventures of Superman, first broadcast on November 16, 1942.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
