What happens
Lois Lane, a reporter, is taken across a dusty plain by Walter Huffman, a dishonest jewel dealer, and his Chinese henchman Hooling after they board a train to San Francisco. Superman, the strange visitor from Krypton who fights crime disguised as mild-mannered reporter Clark Kent, follows the train through the mountains, searching for her. Huffman and his companions drive a car into a dust storm, and the group is forced to abandon some of their load. Lois is left alone in the storm with Hooling unconscious at her feet, and Superman has yet to reach her.
