What happens
Clark Kent, who is Superman, anxiously waits for news of Toyfel, a brilliant Nazi scientist who has escaped with a fragment of kryptonite. In a German village near the Black Forest, Military Police Sergeant Bill Nelson and Corporal Harry Marks hear a broadcast describing a dangerous fugitive and realise a man at a local inn may be Toyfel. Their search of the inn leads to a gunfight in the dark dining room, in which Bill is wounded. Meanwhile, in a secret cave nearby, Toyfel and the chemist Professor Milker prepare a solution of dissolved kryptonite intended to create an atomic monster. This is a serial episode from The Adventures of Superman, broadcast on October 17, 1945.
