What happens
Superman, having lost his memory after being fed liquid kryptonite by a former Nazi doctor named Marsh, is rescued by Batman and Robin from a farmhouse where George Latimer holds him captive. Superman regains his memory, and the trio escape the collapsing farmhouse and dispose of the kryptonite in the Atlantic Ocean. Superman then returns to the Daily Planet, where Perry White, Lois Lane and Jimmy Olsen press him about his disappearance, and he struggles to explain without revealing his double identity. The series is The Adventures of Superman, first aired June 27, 1947.
