What happens
Clark Kent, reporter, and his friend Candy Mires, a private detective, investigate the disappearance of editor Perry White and photographer Jimmy Olsen, who vanished while carrying ten thousand dollars each. Kent is visited by Bruce Wayne, who reveals that Mrs. Walsh, the landlady named in the case, seems to have no rooming house at all, and that Inspector Henderson has grown suspicious of Kent. Candy receives a tip and goes to Kent's closet, where he finds a hatbox containing two packages of money. Kent insists he knew nothing about it and hurries away in his Superman costume to police headquarters, where he tells the inspector he has solved the mystery. The episode is part six of The Adventures of Superman and first aired on April 8, 1946.
