What happens
Clark Kent continues his account of Superman's unusual adventure, recounting how Jimmy Olsen was taken from the Daily Planet roof. Tom Carson, a radio announcer, tells Kent he saw a glowing spherical craft on the roof, with Jimmy struggling inside it before it shot into the sky. Meanwhile, on the planet Utopia, Jimmy and Anthar are marched before Regent Zaram, who accuses them of plotting against him. Anthar claims he went to Earth to warn of the invasion, and Jimmy insists he came only to clear his friend's name. Zaram sentences both to be sealed in a space shell and cast into space, but Anthar demands a trial before the senate. The episode is part of The Adventures of Superman radio series, sponsored by Kellogg's Pep.
