What happens

Buzz Corry and Happy Jack investigate a mysterious signal in the Amazon region of South America, shortly after an earthquake has damaged the area. Near the quake site they discover a sealed cave holding a plastic case with a sleeping man, who an inscription says has been in suspended animation for centuries. Two visitors, Herbert Harrison and Matt Thorne, claim to be from a biological firm and join the rescue. Buzz and Happy carry the case down the mountain, while a strange metal chest is also recovered. Tension builds as the men work their way down the rocky slope.

A remote mountain region in South America near the city of Amazonia, after an earthquake, and later a terrestrial medical center.

Characters: Buzz Corry, Happy Jack, Herbert Harrison, Matt Thorne, David Stern, Dr. Nathan Androp

Listen for: Pay attention to how the discovery in the cave and the signal near the quake site connect to the two strangers who arrive on the mountain.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
