What happens

Buzz Corey and Happy investigate the theft of a half-million credit payroll from a passenger ship, after the passengers and crew are put to sleep by an ultrasonic device. Carol, the Secretary-General's daughter, is taken from the ship, and Buzz and Happy follow the trail through her miniature space phone to a hideout on Venus. There Buzz and Happy are caught in an ultrasonic beam that paralyzes them and makes it hard to move. Their efforts to escape the beam, and their pursuit of the thieves, form the early part of the story. The Space Patrol series aired on January 10, 1953.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
