What happens
Commander Buzz Corry and Cadet Happy are hunting Dr. Ryland Skarno, a fugitive who escapes by travelling through time. Skarno has been trading diamonds and reaching into the past with a hunter named Mert, who has brought a dodo bird back from the sixteenth century. Corry and Happy follow the trail from Mauritius to the time-travel project of Dr. Dawson. The episode is an installment of the radio series Space Patrol, first broadcast on March 5, 1955. The transcript covers only the first part of the episode, so the rest of the story is not described here.
