What happens
Commander Corey and Happy land on the planet Kerber III to rescue Lieutenant Marsden, whose damaged patrol ship sits beside a lake. A metallic liquid is spilling from the lake and rising toward the grounded ship. Corey and Happy must reach Marsden while the planet's dangerous conditions close in around them. Meanwhile, Corey is trying to locate the other members of the expedition across the galaxy, and the galaxy's guardian watches his movements closely. The series Space Patrol, first aired in 1955 on ABC, is an adventure serial about the Space Patrol. Ed Kemmer plays Commander Corey and Lyn Osburn plays Happy in this episode.
