What happens

Ranger Bill and Stumpy visit their old friend Lloyd Adams, who is building tourist cabins near Naughty Pine. Lloyd is prosperous but casual about right and wrong, and Bill challenges him about the spiritual cost of living only for himself. Afterward, a report of a white buffalo leading a herd near town sends the rangers searching, and they begin to question how the animal appeared and what Lloyd knows about it. The episode is part of the Ranger Bill series, first aired on October 25, 1961.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
