What happens
Ranger Bill and his companions Stumpy and Gray Wolf help ranchers in River Valley who are losing livestock to giant eagles. Roscoe Dickens and the Bruce brothers report their losses, and the rangers prepare to hunt the birds. While mapping fire lanes in the forest, the rangers come across an injured dog and tend to its wounds. Later, Roscoe Dickens asks Bill for help with the eagle attacks, and the rangers climb a mountain to find the nests. The transcript ends during the climb, with the rangers facing a large eagle.
River Valley, a farming and ranching district with a forest and mountains, where ranchers keep pigs, lambs and cattle.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
