What happens
Pinto Pete and his ranch boys gather around the chuck wagon and campfire at the H Bar Two outfit after a day on the trail. Their evening is filled with music, as a song drifts through the night and the cowboys trade stories and tunes. Ragtime Cowboy Joe, a well-known figure of the range, is remembered in verse as a singer who entertained his companions with cattle songs. The ranch hands tease Shug, who sits quiet and homesick, and urge Jerry to play his fiddle. Their talk turns to home, saddles, and the open range, with songs about Texas and the simple comforts of a campfire at the end of a long day.
The H Bar Two ranch, a wide valley on the western trail, around a chuck wagon and an evening campfire under the stars.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
