What happens
In the underwater city of Eucchitya, Mrs. Gregory, her daughter Joan and their new friend Elaine, a Eucchityan girl, wait in their quarters for Jerry and Captain Bradford to return. Mrs. Gregory offers to take Elaine into her home as a guest while she learns life in the outside world, and Elaine is overcome by the kindness shown to her. Jerry and Captain Bradford then report that they have found an airlock near the surface that could offer an escape. They consider how to reach the surface, how to signal for rescue, and how to smuggle a homing pigeon aboard a rocket plane. The Magic Island series is the setting, and the lead actors and original air date are not given in the transcript.
