What happens
Jerry and Joan Gregory explore a vast underground cave beneath the South Pacific, a room of grass and trees far below the sea. They discover a barnyard of chickens and pigs and meet the old skipper, who is tending the animals and answers their questions only one word at a time. Mrs. Gregory and Captain Bradford have explored the other side of the colony. G-47 then leads Jerry away while Joan is left behind, and the group waits anxiously for Jerry's return. Joan is uneasy about whether they will ever want to leave this strange city.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
