What happens
Captain Tex Bradford and Mrs. Gregory await the arrival of Johnson's captured rescue boat near the Magic Island, where the Euclidean submarine has brought Johnson and his crew aboard as prisoners. Jerry and Joan, aboard the submarine, speculate about the submarine commander and whether she might be sympathetic to them. The commander addresses Hall and Cleostor and offers them a warning about their conduct. Orders are relayed by radio to Johnson and to Captain Bradford to lash the two boats together for docking. Jerry and Joan are told to report once the submarine docks, and the commander hints at news that could shake Euclidea.
