What happens
Jerry and Joan wait in a submarine lock beneath the Magic Island, ordered to board a Euclidean submarine that will go out to capture Johnson on Mrs. Gregory's other boat. G-47, the powerful leader of the island's scientists, has required their presence aboard as a guarantee that Captain Bradford will not interfere with the vessel. When the submarine's commander arrives, a woman, Jerry is surprised to learn that women command the island's machinery and that the submarine is run by a single crewman. Jerry grows nervous as the lock is flooded and the submarine is screwed into the island wall, and the story ends with the boat beginning to revolve out of the lock.
A submarine lock fifty feet below the surface of the Magic Island, and aboard the Euclidean submarine docked there.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
