What happens

Jerry Hall, Captain Tex Bradford and their companions are prisoners on Magic Island, held by the mad scientist G-47. Jerry releases a homing pigeon, hoping it will carry a message to Johnson, and the group worries whether the bird will get through the magnetic fog ring. Meanwhile Mrs. Gregory and her newly found daughter Joan talk in the cabin of the Gregory yacht, where Joan's unfamiliar way of speaking leads to some lighthearted misunderstandings. Mrs. Gregory explains how the pigeons are trained, and the night ends with mother and daughter saying a bedtime prayer together.

The Gregory yacht, tied to a pier on the island of Euclidea, in the middle of the night, surrounded by a magnetic fog ring.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
