What happens
Jerry Hall and Captain Bradford are held prisoner on the South Seas island of Euclidea by the mad scientist G-47 and his colony. Jerry is forced at gunpoint to send a radio message to Los Angeles, telling his friends there that all is well but that the party is off course and does not know its position. Afterward, Jerry is taken to see Captain Bradford, who is confined in a cell with transparent walls, and they speak briefly with Joan, the long-lost daughter of Mrs. Gregory, who is kept in the colony. Bradford and Jerry discuss their situation and whether the radio message will help them, and Bradford suggests that their thoughts may be private. The episode closes as Bradford suddenly becomes dizzy and Jerry realizes something is happening to him. The story is part of the Magic Island series.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
