What happens

Jerry and his dog Rags are part of a circus where a lion, Nemo, escapes into the wagon of Mr. Bradley, an actor who is annoyed by the animals. Jason, the animal trainer, and Johnny Jones argue over the incident, and a new man named Spike joins the show. Later, Jerry asks Mr. Bradley to read a letter from his lawyer, Grayson, about a court case concerning his father's safety deposit box. The letter explains that the case may be delayed until a later session, leaving Jerry frustrated at the wait.

A traveling circus, with its animal wagons, cages and tents.

Characters: Jerry, Mr. Bradley, Jason, Johnny, Spike, Rags, Nemo, Mr. Randall

Listen for: Mr. Bradley's account of the lion leaping into his wagon, and the lawyer's letter that Mr. Bradley reads aloud to Jerry.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
